Welcome to the electronic home of St. Mary’s Orthodox Church of India, Dallas. Come and celebrate the living Holy Eucharist in the tradition of Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church of India which is one of the Oriental Orthodox churches. Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church traces its roots to the evangelistic work of Saint Thomas, the Apostle, in the first century in India. It is believed that St. Thomas came to India in 52 AD. He preached gospel, ordained priests and established churches in 7 places in South India.  He is believed to have been martyred at Mylapur, Madras, India in 72 AD. Children participate in worship services and in Sunday School. Worship services are conducted mostly in Malayalam and every other sunday in English. We are proud of our achievements during the last decade. Since Dec 2009, we had the privilege of worshipping in our own church building and we are grateful to God for the immense blessings.
